New project creation.

To create a new project click at ‘+’ of item "Projects" in main menu, it will open the project creation form. Set project name, avatar, description. Specify deadline, if any. Attach files if needed by pressing button 'Files'. Select people to invite as ‘Members’. Check all entered information and click the button ‘Create'. Notes: If you will close form with any entered information until pressing ‘Create’ button it will be saved like a draft. Use ‘Delete’ to remove it completely.

New task creation.

To create a new task click at '+' of item "Tasks" in main menu, it will open the task creation form. Select the project if this task will be a part of it. Set task name and description. Specify it's deadline. Attach files if needed by pressing button 'Files'. Select the ‘Executor’, if any project was specified only it's members could be appointed as task executor. If executor wasn't specified, any project member will be able to accept this task for execution. The task forwarding could be also applied, in this case the executor you named will have possibility to redirect this task to another project member. Choose yourself like executor to make it personal Choose type of task from: public - all project members can view it, private - only author and executor can view it. Check all entered information and click the button 'Create'. Notes: If you will close form with any entered information until pressing ‘Create’ button it will be saved like a draft. Use ‘Delete’ to remove it completely.

New meeting creation.

To create a new meeting click at '+' of item "Meetings" in main menu, it will open the task creation form. Select the project if this meeting will be a part of it. Set meeting name and description. Specify it's time and place. Attach files if needed by pressing button 'Files'. Select members for meeting invitation, if any project was specified only it's members could be selected. Choose meeting type from: public - all project members can view it, private - only author and invited members can view it. Check all entered information and click the button 'Create'. Notes: If you will close form with any entered information until pressing ‘Create’ button it will be saved like a draft. Use ‘Delete’ to remove it completely.

New pin creation.

To create a new pin click at '+' of item «Pins» in main menu, it will open the pin creation form. Select the project if this pin will be a part of it. Set pin name and description. Attach files if needed by pressing button ‘Files'. Specify ‘Beneficiaries’ if you need confirmation from persons about pin’s acknowledge. Check all entered information and click the button 'Create'. Notes: If you will close form with any entered information until pressing ‘Create’ button it will be saved like a draft. Use ‘Delete’ to remove it completely. All project members can view published pins.

New event creation.

To create a new event click at '+' of item "Events" in main menu, it will open the event creation form. Select the project if this event will be a part of it. Set meeting name and description. Specify it's time and place. Attach files if needed by pressing button 'Files'. Check all entered information and click the button 'Create'. Notes: If you will close form with any entered information until pressing ‘Create’ button it will be saved like a draft. Use ‘Delete’ to remove it completely. All project members can view published events.

Information blocks editing.

To change details of the information block created by you use 'Edit' button in additional menu at the right top angle of your information block. it will open an item creation form. Do the changes you need, and press ‘Save’ button.

Projects Timeline (Page).

Project timeline (page) contains all types of information related to the specific project (like: tasks, meetings, events and etc.). It's available through the main menu item 'Projects' by choosing project that you need from the list of projects you are involved, or by tapping on the project name of any information block of it in general or specific timeline. Project timeline (page) contains special menu at the top of project timeline (page) that's a filter, allowing users to display tasks, meetings, files, etc. related to the specified project separately. Taping on the project name will bring you back to the project timeline (page).

Profile details changing.

To change your profile details click at avatar at the top right side of the page, select settings, it will open profile editing page. Do the changes you need, and press ‘Save’ button.

Delete your account

To delete your account: 1. In the Flussby app tap the Menu ☰ button at the top left corner. 2. In the opened menu tap More. 3. Tap Settings. 4.
